Announcement of New Management Structure and Leadership Transition

As of June 30, 2026, I will assume the leadership of the ILLIES Group as the sixth generation, together with
my brother, Carl Illies.

My father, C. Michael Illies, the fifth-generation leader of the ILLIES Group, has led the Group since 1995
and guided it steadily through various changes in the business environment. Going forward, he will continue
to support the Group as a member of the Advisory Board, drawing on his extensive experience and insight.

Building on the tradition and trust cultivated over the years, we will move forward under the new management
