Notice of Change in Company President

We are pleased to inform you that, there will be a change in our company’s leadership as of April 1, 2025.

Max Illies, representing the 6th generation of shareholders of the Illies Group, has been appointed as the new
Representative Director & President of the company. Having previously served as Vice President overseeing the
sales division in Japan, he looks forward to dedicating himself to his new role.

Our former President, Hartmut Pannen, will continue to serve as a Director and stay actively involved in the
company's management.
